The Garlicoin wall
Write a message into the Garlicoin blockchain. It sits in a block forever, copied on every node, and nobody can edit or delete it. It costs 1 GRLC, and the whole payment goes to the faucet.
A message on the chain

Check it with your own node
The message is the hex after OP_RETURN in the output list. Decode it as UTF-8.
Write yours
You'll get a payment address and 2 hours to pay. Words only, no links. Messages are checked against a word list before you get a payment address, and the wall can hide a message later, though nobody can take it off the chain itself.
On the wall
No messages yet. Yours could be the first!
How it works
- Your words go in a real output. Bitcoin-style chains let a transaction carry up to 80 bytes of data in an OP_RETURN output. That is what this page writes.
- Every node keeps a copy. Once your message is in a block, it is part of Garlicoin's history like any payment.
- Your payment feeds the faucet. The transaction that carries your message sends your 1 GRLC, minus a tiny network fee, to the faucet that gives coins to new people.
- Pins keep a message on top. For 10 GRLC, any message on the wall stays pinned above the rest for 24 hours, up to three at a time. That money goes to the faucet too.
- The wall reads the whole chain. It shows text from any OP_RETURN since block one, not just messages written here.
Prefer to do it yourself? You can, with Garlicoin Core
Pick a coin from listunspent, then make a transaction with a data output, sign it and send it. The wall will find it in the next block.
