Sign a message
Prove you own an address whose key is outside a wallet, like a gift card. Anyone can check it on the verify page.
Sign
Is the key in Garlicoin Core?
Sign there instead, so the key never leaves your wallet: File → Sign message.
Keep the key safe
- Share only the message and signature, never the private key.
- Signing happens on your device; nothing is sent or saved.
- To be extra safe, turn off Wi-Fi before you paste the key.
Which address type?
Sign for the one you want to prove. G works everywhere.
More details
One key has a G, an M and a grlc1 address. grlc1 and M signatures use BIP137: our verify page and many Bitcoin-style tools check them, but Garlicoin Core 0.18 can't.
Free and provided as is: you're responsible for keeping keys and backups safe, and transactions can't be undone. See the terms of use.
